Drake arrived at the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital at 6:oo am Tuesday morning for his pre-surgery prep. As you can see from his smile he was calm, cool and collected. He brought along his Ironman notebook and pencil so he could draw some pictures while he waited for the doctors to arrive. They drew an "R" on the right side of Drake head so the doctors knew were to start. We told Drake he had his official War Paint and was ready for action! Drake was roiled away to the surgical area at 7:30 am and was still drawing pictures as they wheeled him through the doors!
